This pleasant patient underwent Mohs surgery for removal of a large basal cell carcinoma skin cancer of her nose. The resultant defect involved her nasal skin, nasal cartilage structural framework, and internal nasal lining. She subsequently underwent a three-staged reconstruction of her nose with a paramedian forehead flap, septal mucoperichondrial hinge flap, and auricular cartilage graft. This is her 12-month postoperative photo. No revision surgery was required.
