This pleasant patient underwent removal of a large squamous cell carcinoma skin cancer of his lower lip. After confirmation of clear margins, he underwent concurrent reconstruction of his lip with a W-plasty flap and a mucosal advancement flap. This is his 3-month postoperative photo. No revision surgery was required.
