This pleasant patient underwent Mohs surgery for removal of a large basal cell carcinoma skin cancer of his nose. The resultant defect involved the entire nasal tip, distal half of the dorsum and bilateral medial ala. He subsequently underwent a two-staged reconstruction of his nose with a paramedian forehead flap, right ipsilateral septal hinge flap. This is his 6-month postoperative photo. No revision surgery was required.
