This pleasant patient developed a basal cell carcinoma skin cancer involving his nasal tip and facet. Following removal of the skin cancer with Mohs surgery, he underwent subcutaneous tissue pedicle island advancement flap nasal reconstruction as well as the placement of an auricular cartilage rim graft to prevent alar retraction. This is his 3 month postoperative photo. No revision surgery was performed.
