This pleasant patient underwent Mohs surgery for removal of a right nasal basal cell carcinoma skin cancer. The resultant defect required a reconstruction of the nasal skin, cartilage, and internal nasal lining. He subsequently underwent a two-staged reconstruction of his nose with an interpolated melolabial subcutaneous tissue pedicle island flap, auricular cartilage graft, and internal nasal lining flap. This is his 6 month postoperative photo. No revision surgery was required.
