This pleasant patient underwent Mohs surgery for removal of a large basal cell carcinoma skin cancer of her nose. The resultant defect involved her nasal skin and nasal cartilage structural framework. She subsequently underwent a two-staged reconstruction of her nose with a paramedian forehead flap, septal mucoperichondrial hinge flap, and auricular cartilage graft. This is her 3-month postoperative photo. No revision surgery was required.
