This pleasant patient underwent Mohs surgery for removal of a large basal cell carcinoma skin cancer of his nose. He subsequently underwent a two-staged reconstruction of his nose with a paramedian forehead flap. This is his 6-month postoperative photo. No revision surgery was required. The patient also underwent dermabrasion.
