This very pleasant 74-year-old male underwent a procedure to remove his biopsy confirmed melanoma in-situ of his nasal tip. He subsequently had a paramedian forehead flap reconstruction to repair the nasal tip defect. This is approximately 4 months after his second surgery. No additional surgery was needed.
