This pleasant patient underwent resection of a large basal cell carcinoma skin cancer involving the skin of his left temple. After confirmation of clear margins, he underwent reconstruction of the surgical defect with a peninsula modification of the island flap. This is his 6-month postoperative photo. No revision surgery was required.
