This is a pleasant patient underwent removal of melanoma skin cancer involving her left temple, lateral brow, and lateral upper eyelid. After confirmation of clear margins, she underwent reconstruction with a cervicofacial rotation advancement flap, full-thickness skin graft, and lateral canthopexy.
