This pleasant patient underwent removal of a large squamous cell carcinoma skin cancer involving his lateral neck. After confirmation of clear margins, the patient underwent concurrent reconstruction of the defect with a myocutaneous platysma rotation advancement flap. This is his 3-month postoperative photo. No revision surgery was required.
