This pleasant patient underwent surgery for removal of an atypical compound melanocytic proliferation of his frontal scalp. After confirmation of clear margins, he underwent reconstruction of his scalp with a pinwheel rotation advancement flap and split thickness skin graft. This is his 6-month postoperative photo.
