This very pleasant 85-year-old female underwent Mohs surgery for a large Basal Cell Carcinoma of her nasal dorsum. After the cancer was removed she presented to me for reconstruction. She had a Paramedian Forehead Flap reconstruction as well as an ear cartilage graft. This is approximately 3 months after her last surgery.
