This pleasant patient underwent Mohs surgery for removal of a basal cell carcinoma skin cancer of his nose. The resultant defect involved his right nasal ala. He subsequently underwent a three-staged reconstruction of his nose with a nasolabial flap and auricular cartilage graft. This is his 6-month postoperative photo.
