Procedure: This very pleasant 60-year-old male underwent Mohs surgery for a nasal tip BCC. after having his skin cancer removed he underwent a staged paramedian forehead flap reconstruction. These photos were taking at his 4 month follow up. No additional surgery is needed.

This pleasant patient underwent removal of a basal cell carcinoma skin cancer of her right ear. After confirmation of clear margins, she underwent concurrent reconstruction of her ear with a chondrocutaneous flap. This is her 6-month postoperative photo. No revision surgery was required.

This pleasant patient underwent Mohs surgery for removal of a large basal cell carcinoma skin cancer of her nose. The resultant defect involved her nasal tip. She subsequently underwent a two-staged reconstruction of her nose with a paramedian forehead flap. This is her 6-month postoperative photo.
