This pleasant woman developed a basal cell carcinoma skin cancer on her nose. After removal of the cancer with Mohs surgery, she underwent reconstruction of her nose with a bilobe nasal flap. This is her 3 month postoperative photo. No revision surgery was performed.

Physician Notes: Patient is a very pleasant 64-year-old male who presented with two BCC's on his right cheek. He underwent Mohs surgery with reconstruction. The photo is approximately 4 months after surgery.

Physicians Notes: This very pleasant 70-year-old female underwent Mohs surgery for a right nasal ala BCC. She had a Full Thickness Skin Graft reconstruction. This is approximately 4 months after her surgery

Following removal of the skin cancer with Mohs surgery, he underwent subcutaneous tissue pedicle island advancement flap nasal reconstruction as well as the placement of an auricular cartilage rim graft to prevent alar retraction. This is his 6-month postoperative photo. No revision surgery was performed.
